Ingredients:
Walnuts: 100 g.
Almonds: 100 g. Soak in water for 3 hours.
Raisins: 100 g.
Prunes: 100 g.
Dried Apricots: 100 g.
Lemon: 1 whole.
Baking Soda: 1 tablespoon.
Honey: 100 ml.
Instructions:
Eat 1 teaspoon of this mixture every morning after breakfast.
Keep it refrigerated.
